LeadSync offers a variety of learning experiences to equip and develop you as a leader in any sphere of influence. These experiences are open to anyone who is currently leading or interested in leading at Celebration Church. Learning experiences include readiness workshops, Bible classes, and leader roundtables.

  • Readiness workshops – Serve to equip new and upcoming leaders with vision and tools to lead in their ministry area. Workshops are one-time sessions about an hour in length.
  • Bible classes – Serves to establish strong understanding and knowledge of Biblical principles. Classes are offered as weekly sessions and as one-time Saturday Seminars.
  • Leader Roundtables – Serves to provide an informal forum to build community among leaders and upcoming leaders. Roundtable sessions will include opportunity for fresh vision from pastoral staff/ministry leadership, leadership topical teaching, and interactive Q&A among leaders.

These classes are available for anyone to attend with the understanding of a commitment to 13 weeks of study, an initial one-time $40 application fee and a minimum $50 fee per course.

For those not seeking credit or a college degree, the courses are available for free.

So much of life can cause us pain and it is impossible to get through life's tough experiences without having to navigate the sting of disappointment, loss, and hardship. We here to be encourages for each other. Learn how to minister to hurting people, to show you care and share life-giving Biblical guidance.
There is a distinction to be made between leading your small group members and preaching at them.  Learn how to facilitate engaging discussions with your small group and avoid any one person monopolizing the discussion time.

This course will cover how to identify and recruit new team members. Review team roles, expectations and values for the leader.
Vision behind worship ministry for newly interested vocalists. Covering: vision, auditions, commitment and expectations, Q&A.
All leaders in every ministry area as well as those on serving teams should attend Wide Open Leadership. This is our opportunity as leaders to hear vision and direction from our Pastor Stovall for each upcoming season. Wide Open is our periodic event to gain leadership insight and refreshed vision and purpose. Though targeted toward leaders, all congregants are welcome to attend.
Selected leaders of short-term missions trips should attend this workshop in preparation for leader responsibilities and expectations specific to their role as trip leader.

Careforce is a 9 week training that will help prepare you to lead from a place of wholeness in God. It is an initial step that is available for anyone to attend as a part of our wide open process of leadership development. This training is required for all streams of leadership.
Various methods of bible study are introduced in this course to prepare the student for an exciting lifetime of Bible investigation for personal growth and teaching opportunities. Methods include: word studies, biographical studies, historical studies and more. The course also touches on Hermeneutics, which is a study of the science and laws of Biblical exegesis and interpretation. The principles, methods, and rules by which the meaning of Scripture may be ascertained are examined.
A comprehensive study of what the Scriptures say about Jesus Christ. The course introduces the student to Old Testament typology and to the prophecies concerning Christ’s present and future work. Controversial historical and contemporary views of Jesus are examined in relation to the Bible portrayal.
We attempt or avoid difficult conversations every day. If you are leading in any capacity, this workshop will equip you with how to have difficult conversations and how to resolve conflict in a way that will bring you and your team or group to new level of effectiveness.
If you are leading a group or interested in leading a group this workshop will help you to set ground rules, call out the potential in others, provide care, and set the atmosphere to have a healthy, vibrant group.
What makes a youth/student "at-risk" for academic failure or not fulfilling their fullest potential in God? How do we connect with these youth and help them become who God has called them to be?? This interactive three-part course will address the unique dynamics of working with at-risk you and teach participants how to connect with and make an impact with risk youth.
On any given weekend, over 10% of people attending Celebration Church services do so in Extension Gatherings both locally and globally in foster group homes, jails, rehabs, nursing homes, military bases, universities, and cities. The EG workshop will cast the EG vision, share testimonies/best practices, and give you the opportunity to meet teams who lead this important local outreach.
