Advance Leading

Those who sense a call in their heart to take their leadership to the next level — to expand, to take risks, to share a greater leadership burden — can become a leader of leaders. We have several leadership opportunities that provide an avenue to further develop knowledge and skills that will advance your leadership potential: Coordinators or Directors within one of the ministry streams, Mentors, Location/Campus Leaders, Church Planters or Long Term Missionaries.

If you are already in a leadership role at church or any other sphere of influence, you can continue your development through the experiences provided here. Be sure to check the calendar for workshops of interest to you, leadership gatherings, roundtable discussions, biblical course study through Logos and so much more.

Complete Specific Leadership Tracks

• Leader of Leaders — leader who brings other leaders along; influencer, sounding board and coach (Coordinator, Director, Mentor)
• Campus/Location Leader — leader of the Celebration experience, presencing our Lead Pastors in each venue
• Long Term Missions — leader sent out under Celebration to support a Missions partner
