LeadSync is the forum for the development of leaders and potential leaders at Celebration Church.

LeadSync is an ongoing leadership coaching and development process that is led by Pastor Stovall Weems (lead pastor) and championed by Pastor David Branker (executive pastor). The process of development includes participating in mentoring, workshops and joining the online leadership community to help equip individuals who are already leading, those seeking to step into leadership and anyone with an interest in developing their leadership potential throughout the Celebration Network.
